The color is "dark moonlight," a stunning silvery shade which fades from a darker mix at the roots to a pale one at the ends. It is predominantly gray-toned but if you look very closely, there appears to be hints of pale gold and possibly blue mixed in. I think it's one of their most unique shades, and perfect for gothic coords. I have not worn this wig, but have treated it with fabric softener. It is in the same brand new condition I received it in (no frizzing or signs of wear), other than the original shine being greatly reduced. The fibers have a less slippery and more "matte" look and feel, but is still very soft and smooth to the touch, and quite tangle-resistant and easy to maintain for such a long wig. If you rinse it out at any point, it will return to its original state. *The wig has a notable flowery scent due to the fabric softener, so please take this into consideration if you are sensitive to fragrances.
